• Export capabilities (PNG, SVG, PDF)
• Local browser storage for history and favorites

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use CloudShaper only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the service

3. Intellectual Property

Export Rights: Word clouds you create are yours to use for personal or commercial purposes. We do not claim rights to your exported designs.

CloudShaper is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy or reliability of results
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Preservation of your locally stored data (use browser storage at your own risk)

5. AI-Powered Features

When you use AI mode:

• Text is processed by OpenAI GPT-5-nano via Vercel AI Gateway
• Results are generated by AI and may not be 100% accurate
• You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated insights
• AI results are provided "as-is" without guarantees

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CloudShaper and its operators shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from use or inability to use the service
• Third-party actions or content
