How the collage fill works
CloudShaper first places each of your words once, biggest first, along a spiral from the centre of the shape. Then it switches to fill mode: it picks random empty spots inside the shape and tries to fit another copy of a word there, cycling through your list. Whenever a size stops fitting, it shrinks the size and keeps going until only slivers are left. That's why a collage looks solid even with a short word list.

What is a word collage?
A word collage packs words tightly into a shape or frame so there is almost no empty space. Unlike a classic word cloud, words repeat at smaller sizes to fill every gap, which makes the shape itself the main visual.
How many words do I need?
Surprisingly few. Ten to forty meaningful words are enough, because the collage repeats them. Give the most important words a higher weight (“word, 10”) so they appear largest.
Can I make a word collage with a photo shape?
Yes — upload a silhouette image in the Shape tab. Dark areas are filled with words. A high-contrast image like a black logo on white works best.
